Fourth Grade
Fourth grade is the time to build upon the skills and knowledge
that the children have been acquiring in their first four
years of school. Through group work and individualized exploration, students are encouraged to become organized, curious and well-prepared across all curriculum disciplines.
Abescon Lighthouse and Atlantic City Aquarium
Fourth graders recently took a guided tour of New Jersey's tallest lighthouse, the 150 year old Absecon Lighthouse in Atlantic City. They climbed all 228 steps to a stunning view of the ocean, and marveled at the life of a lighthouse keeper.

They also went to the Atlantic City Aquarium, where they saw local marine life and got to pet friendly rays that seemed to wave hello! As a bonus, T.Shaner entertained and informed us with countless stories and facts about South Jersey throughout our trip. It was a beautiful day we'll never forget!
