Summer Fun for the Younger Ones - Ages Four to Eight

The thematic week-long camps are led by experienced Friends School teachers at the school’s 13-acre campus and facilities.

TOOL TIME

July 9– 13
Ages 5 – 6

Grab your hammer and explore a variety of tools with Teachers Nancy and Megan. Each day's activities will include a craft project, songs, games, and a snack. If you have a child-size carpentry tool set, bring it along!

LET LOOSE WITH MOTHER GOOSE

July 16– 20
Ages 4 – 5

Mother Goose is missing! Come help Teachers Nancy and Dorothy search for clues to find her. Based on popular nursery rhymes, cooking, songs, craft projects, and a snack will be included in each day.

SUMMER READING WORKSHOP

July 23–26 and July 30– August 2
Entering grades 1 & 2

This program is designed to strengthen reading skills of beginning readers. The lessons will address phonics, comprehension, and spelling patterns. Each participant will be evaluated and taught at his/her own level. Come join Teachers Jennifer and Megan in this summer reading tutorial program. A snack is included.
