The purpose of our admission process is to ensure that the child and the school will be a good match.

Each applicant for admission is asked to undergo the following process:

Completion of the application form and payment of the application fee.

Please note: The Admission Office will not schedule any testing or evaluation appointments without receipt of the application and $30 application fee.

Applicants for pre-kindergarten through 4 th grade

  1. Evaluation appointment with our learning consultant
    ($125 testing fee is payable on the day of the appointment)
  2. Classroom visit (Teacher Assessment)
    Please contact the Admission Office for further information.
  3. Copies of the child’s current report card and most recent standardized test scores (if applicable).
  4. Child’s current school will be asked to complete a Confidential Recommendation Form  

Applicants for 5 th grade

  1. Comprehensive Testing Program for the Educational Records Bureau (ERB)--$100 testing fee is payable on the day of the appointment
  2. Classroom visit (Teacher Assessment)
  3. Copies of the child’s current report card and most recent standardized test scores
  4. Child’s current school will be asked to complete a Confidential Recommendation Form

Applicants for Middle School (grades 6 through 8)

  1. Comprehensive Testing Program of the Educational Records Bureau (ERB)--$100 testing fee is payable on the day of the appointment
  2. Classroom visit (Teacher Assessment)
  3. Interview with Middle School Coordinator
  4. Copies of the child’s current report card and most recent standardized test scores.
  5. Child’s current school will be asked to complete a Confidential Recommendation Form

The final decision on admission will be made by the Director of Admissions, the Head of School and the principal in consultation with the appropriate classroom teacher and/or the learning consultant.
