"Prior to enrolling our oldest daughter at Friends School, she was in a school that was not academically challenging and did not promote creativity in teaching. We found this was not the case at Friends School. For example, the third grade teachers taught their students about historical figures by allowing the students to dress up and give speeches as though they were that person. What a great way to learn history! Since her enrollment, our daughter has not only thrived academically, but has learned to be creative in her thinking and expression. We are so excited that our youngest daughter will be joining her this fall."

"When my daughters walk into FSMH, I know that every person she meets wants only two things for her. First the teachers, staff and other students want to light that spark inside of her to make her confident, intelligent, and capable to meet the world. Second, we all want for her to learn how to be committed not only to her own success but also that of the community, small and large. When she makes her graduation speech, she will be a bright light dedicated to making the world around her glow."

"Our first tour around the FSMH campus was with Andrea Benas. As she walked us through the campus, every child we encountered said hello to “Teacher Andrea” and she replied to each student by name. It didn’t matter which grade or age the student was, they knew each other. This is when we noticed that Friends School was different. Each child here learns so much more than is taught from books, grows so much more than can be measured in inches, and each becomes a unique individual. This school has taught our kids to be critical thinkers while keeping an open mind to their classmates and the world around them. They’ve learned not only the answers to the problems, but also the skills needed to learn and excel. Kids here appreciate each other. They develop strong beliefs in themselves and their own abilities, and won’t settle for anything less than what they want to become. Students here are not afraid of peer pressure; they are confident in who they are and are encouraged to develop their own voice. Our son was more than prepared for the transition to Moorestown Friends for high school. Friends School of Mullica Hill was the right choice for us and our children."

"When we were looking for a school for our children, we wanted a school where the teachers knew our child and valued them for who they are as individuals. We wanted the traits and behavior we modeled at home to be in evidence in the interactions they had with their teachers and each other. We are both graduates of Quaker schools and know firsthand the lasting effect a Quaker education can have on your life. We have been very pleased with the quality of education our children and grandchildren are experiencing here."
