Woodstown, NJ (August 18, 2015) – Today Friends School Mullica Hill’s Board of Trustees awarded Dorothy Kramme with its Founder’s Award at Friends Village in Woodstown, NJ. This award has only been given to a handful of individuals and represents the Board’s highest honor. Dorothy Kramme has been involved with Friends School for over 40 years as both a teacher and parent. She served as clerk of the Board in the 1980s during a critical period in the school’s history. She later returned to the Board in 2010. Dorothy Kramme has been a major financial supporter of the school over the years, including providing funding for the addition of a new roof to the gymnasium which now bears her name. An award for exceptional service to the school was created in her honor, called the Dorothy Kramme Award.
The Board of Trustees was honored to give the Founder’s Award to Dorothy Kramme for her many years of service, dedication and support to Friends School Mullica Hill.
