FSMH offers a daily lunch program for our students, Pre-K through 8th grade. For the 2012-2013 school year, we have lunch offerings from Shop Rite of Mullica Hill (Mondays and Wednesdays), Dodge’s Market (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and Joe’s Pizza (Fridays). We have worked hard to make our lunch choices healthy and diverse. While the options do not inherently include nuts, they COULD include dairy, egg and other allergy-prone ingredients. If your child has a food allergy, please contact Shop Rite or Dodge’s Market with specific questions concerning your child’s dietary needs. Thank you.
The cost of lunches is $4 per day, Monday through Thursday. Friday is Pizza Day and the cost is $2 for one slice and $4 for two slices.
Please complete the entire form below for lunches April to June. PLEASE SUBMIT ONE FORM PER STUDENT. After you make your selections and you submit this online form, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt within a few days with the total amount of money you owe. Please print that receipt and send it in with payment to your child’s teacher.
