If before-school or after-school care is of interest to you and your family, Friends School offers Early Room from 7:30 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. and Extended Day from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The programs consist of fun activities, including outdoor games, arts and crafts, story telling, and use of the gym when available. During Extended Day, we serve snacks to all of our hungry students!
Early Room Fee
Early Room is available from 7:30 am to 8:20 am. The drop-in fee is $10 per day.
NEW Stay & Play and Excel Extended Day
We are excited to launch Stay & Play for students in Pre-K through 1st grade and Excel at Extended Day for students in grades 2 through 8.
Stay & Play is our new extended day program for Early Childhood where we offer a safe, fun and supportive space featuring hands-on and engaging theme-based activities as well as snacks and outdoor play each day!
Excel at Extended Day joins the best of clubs and extended day into one program. There are several activities each day that will run for approximately 6 weeks on a particular day of the week.
Here is a schedule of the themes and activities for both Stay & Play and Excel at Extended Day from Wednesday, September 9th through Friday, October 16th.
There will be no limit to the number of students who can join these activities, which is a departure from our former “club” model. We know this will allow more kids to participate in some of our popular activities!
After the planned activity ends at 4:30 p.m., students will transition to free play and homework help from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Stay & Play and Excel at Extended Day are drop-in; you do not need to sign up to attend.

Late Pick-up after 6 pm will be billed at the rate of $2.00 a minute for each student.
