50th Timeline 2011: The Return of Three-Year Old Children

The administrative team led by Bruce and the newly hired Beth Reaves in the role of Admissions and Development Director devised a new initiative to address the enrollment crisis, namely the return of 3-year-old children to the School. It had been so long since the School had an organized 3-year-old program that no one at the School besides Hanshi Deshbandhu remembered anything about the program. It was created from scratch with a goal of imparting a true Friends education to these young people. The program was a success from the start, and it is no exaggeration to say that the program saved the School during this very challenging time.
