Thank you for signing up, FSMH Families! Here’s some additional information:
Please arrive prior to 12 p.m. (at least 15 minutes prior), and TreeTop will coordinate the check-in process.
Please tell Treetop employees you are with Friends School Mullica Hill. Only those who have already signed up using the published link should go and expect to climb. Parents not climbing and non-climbers are welcome.
Day‑of Itinerary
Climbing is on a rolling check in basis. A visit will last 2.5 hours from check-in, following in this order:
Arrival and check‑in (recommended to arrive 15 minutes in advance)
Harnessing and safety briefing
Climbing session
Please ensure you arrive on time. They recommend that participants use the restroom before harnessing begins so the safety briefing can start promptly at your scheduled climb time.
Late arrival policy: Participants who arrive after harnessing has begun will be moved to the next available briefing time only if space allows. If no additional space is available that day, late arrivals will not be able to participate.
Waivers
All participants must complete an online waiver prior to arrival.
Every minor must have a waiver signed by their own parent or legal guardian
Every adult (18+) must sign their own waiver
Waivers must be completed online; paper waivers are not accepted
Your waiver link is unique to your group and is sent directly to us electronically
Having all waivers completed in advance significantly speeds up the check‑in process.
Activity Requirements
All participants must meet the following requirements:
Closed‑toe shoes (Crocs are not allowed)
Long hair tied back in a low bun or ponytail
Maximum weight limit: 265 lbs
Participants aged 12+ are weighed at check‑in
Gloves are strongly recommended for climbing
Weather Policy
Treetop Quest operates rain or shine. In the event of stormy conditions (lightning or thunder), we follow a procedure similar to a public pool:
All participants are taken off the courses and directed to the front of the park
We wait 30 minutes from the last lightning strike or thunder before resuming activity
Even if the sky appears clear overhead, surrounding weather conditions are taken into account for safety.
If the park is forced to close due to weather:
Rain checks or credit will be issued (no refunds)
Participants who have completed 1.5 hours or more of activity will not receive a rain check
Weather decisions are typically made the morning of or day of your visit, as conditions can change quickly. Management reviews reservations individually and will reach out if needed.
